Confessed is a Reformed Baptist theology, apologetics, and discipleship platform — a full theological media network spanning a Next.js web app, a contributor publishing system, and a complete dual-mode brand identity, built from the ground up.
I designed and built the platform end to end: the dark brand system anchored by a deep navy palette, gold accent, and an architectural cross mark; the content architecture across eight distinct theological series; and the technical foundation underneath it all — a Turborepo monorepo with a Hono API, Drizzle ORM over Neon Postgres, Clerk-based authentication with a three-tier role system, and Sanity as the CMS.
Every layer was built to scale past a single launch: an audit-logged identity system for contributors, a full application-and-review workflow for new writers, and a brand system designed to carry its character from a phone push notification to a printed conference banner.
